The first museum exhibition dedicated to Los Angeles–based, Venezuelan-born artist Magdalena Suarez Frimkess (b. 1929), spanning more than five decades of ceramics, paintings, and drawings. The exhibition identity was developed across publication design, exhibition graphics, and film titles. The project defined a unified visual language at scale, placing expressive artworks front and center, reflecting humor, precariousness, and the artist’s “finest disregard.”
